Welcome to Reffley Academy. I hope our website gives you an insight into our school and community.
I am incredibly proud to be the Headteacher of Reffley Academy and to work alongside our dedicated staff, enthusiastic pupils, supportive families, and wider community. Reffley is a vibrant and ambitious place to learn and work, and our school values shape everything we do.
At Reffley Academy, our core values — Ambition, Resilience, Cooperation, Curiosity, and Respect — underpin every aspect of school life. We encourage children to set high aspirations for themselves, to persevere when faced with challenges, to work together as a community, to ask questions and explore the world with curiosity, and to treat others with kindness and dignity.
Inclusion is central to our ethos. We believe that every child is unique, and we are committed to ensuring all pupils feel welcomed, supported, and valued. Our aim is to create an environment where every child can thrive, achieve their personal best, and develop the confidence and enthusiasm for lifelong learning.
